What is freeze-dried fruit?
Freeze-dried fruit is made by removing water from fresh fruit through a specialized freeze-drying process. This preserves the fruit’s natural flavor, color, nutrients, and crunchy texture without the need for artificial preservatives.
Are EMALON products 100% natural?
Yes. EMALON products are made from carefully selected fruits. Unless otherwise stated on the product label, our freeze-dried fruits contain no added, sugar, artificial colors, artificial flavors, or preservatives.
How should I store my freeze-dried fruits?
Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. After opening, reseal the package tightly to maintain freshness and consume within a reasonable period for the best taste and texture.
What payment methods do you accept?
EMALON accepts secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. All online payments are processed through secure payment providers, and we do not store your payment card information.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur during holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours. Eligible claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
How are refunds processed?
If your refund request is approved, EMALON may provide a replacement product, store credit, or a refund. Refunds for online payments will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible, while refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed using a mutually agreed refund method.
Are your products suitable for children?
Yes. Our freeze-dried fruits are a convenient and nutritious snack suitable for both children and adults. However, young children should always be supervised while eating small crunchy foods.
